How do I update my saved plug?
If you use the same plug every time you charge, you can save your plug in the app.
This means your preferred plug will be auto-selected every time you prepare to start a charge, meaning you can start the charge faster when you’re at any available charging station with that plug type. This reduces the likelihood of accidentally starting a charge with the wrong plug.
To update your saved plug preference:
- Navigate to Account in the bottom menu
- Tap on My Vehicle
- Tap Edit in the Plug field
- Select your preferred option

If you don’t have a preferred plug, you can choose No preference.
