If you are trying to fix an app issue, do not delete your account. Please contact support instead.
Steps to Delete
Open the JOLT app.
Tap the Account menu
Select Account Details
Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
Confirm account deletion
Your Data Will Be Deleted
Deleting your account is irreversible. All your personal data, payment methods, and charging history (including tax receipts/invoices) will be erased immediately. We cannot recover this information once deleted.
The 30-Day Re-Joining Rule
Please note that if you delete your account, you cannot create a new account for 30 days.
