You can manage your JOLT Plus subscription directly in the app. Whether you want to upgrade for more benefits or downgrade to the free plan to stop paying, follow the steps below.
How To Change Your Membership (Upgrade or Downgrade)
Go to Account menu > Membership (top of screen).
Tap Explore Memberships/Upgrade
Choose your preferred subscription. Check whether a monthly subscription fee applies.
Tap Subscribe, and then Confirm
When Does The Change Happen?
Downgrades (cancelling or changing to a cheaper plan): You will stay on your paid plan until your current billing cycle ends. On your renewal date, you will automatically switch to the free plan and no longer charged.
Upgrades: The change happens immediately. You will have access to the new benefits right away.
How to Check Your Next Billing/Renewal Date
Go to Account menu > Membership (top of screen)
View your membership > Look at the date displayed just below the Upgrade/Explore Memberships button
