You can reset your password at any time.
- Open the JOLT app and click Log in from the homepage
- Click Forgot password
- Enter the email address associated with your JOLT account and check that its spelt correctly
- Click send verification code. Please wait for the app to take you to the next screen, and wait up to 5 minutes for the code to arrive in your inbox

Enter the code in the email in your inbox, then click NEXT

Create a new password that meets the password requirements and click Reset password
