I've forgotten my password to log in, what do I do?

You can reset your password at any time.

1. Open the JOLT app and click Log in from the homepage
2. Click Forgot password
3. Enter the email address associated with your JOLT account and check that its spelt correctly
4. Click send verification code. Please wait for the app to take you to the next screen, and wait up to 5 minutes for the code to arrive in your inbox

5. Enter the code in the email in your inbox, then click NEXT

   • • Having trouble finding the code? Wait up to 5 mins for the code, and check your spam folder just in case

     • Still having trouble? Click RESEND VERIFICATION CODE once, and wait for the code to arrive in your inbox

6. Create a new password that meets the password requirements and click Reset password

   • • Password must at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character

7. Log in using your registered email address and new password
