Just like when you tap your card at a shop, occasionally a payment might fail at the end of a charging session. This could be an error with the payment processor, your payment method or an internet/network error.

Check you have adequate internet connection before attempting to process the failed payment

Check that you have funds available in your payment method and/or that the payment method is valid and not expired. You can update your payment method directly in the app if necessary.

Follow the prompts in the app to process the failed payment/owing amount
