1. Use the JOLT App
Open the JOLT app
On the active charging screen, tap 'Stop Charging'
Wait for the session to stop and the connector to unlock (you may hear a click).
Return the connector to the holster.
If you're not seeing the charging screen in the app but your vehicle is charging, force quit the app and re-open.
2. Use Your Vehicle
If the JOLT app is not responding, you can stop the charge directly from your car:
Look for a "Stop Charging" or "Unlock Port" button on your vehicle’s touchscreen.
3. Emergency Stop on Charger
Press the STOP button on the charger itself.
4. Troubleshooting: App frozen or still charging?
Check the Car: If your car dashboard says "Charging Stopped," the session is over. You are safe to unplug
Give it 30 seconds: There is often a short delay between the charger stopping and the app updating
Force Quit the App: If the app hangs or freezes, close it completely and re-open it. This refreshes the data
