Scan QR Code / Search Station: Plugs Not Showing

The Problem 

We are aware of a problem whereby some customers who scan the QR code or search the Station ID cannot see the plug options (CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, NACS etc) or the "Start Charge" button.

This is a temporary app issue we are fixing.

 

Use the Map Instead

As an alternative, please follow these steps to find the charger and start your charge:

  1. Ensure your Location Services (GPS) are turned on in your app settings so the app can find the charger nearest to you.

  2. Close the blank screen and go back to the main map view

  3. Tap the "Find My Location" button (bottom right on map) to zoom the map to where you are located

  4. Tap the map pin for the charger you want to charge at 

  5. Select your plug

  6. Tap Start Charge
