If your vehicle is compatible but Autocharge won’t activate, it could be that the vehicle is already registered under another JOLT account. Each EV can only be linked to one Autocharge account at a time.
If you think your car was connected to another account by mistake, please get in touch with JOLT Support. You can find our contact details in the app under Help & Support > Contact us.
Autocharge will also be unavailable if there’s a failed payment on your account.
Once the payment issue is resolved in the JOLT App, Autocharge will be reactivated automatically.
