1. Service Fee

A flat fee applies to each charging session unless you are on a JOLT Plus Plan, where service fees are waived. For latest pricing, please refer to the app at the charger level.
 

2. Charging Rates

• First 7 kWh: Free, every day.
• Over 7 kWh: You pay the per kWh rate, which vary by location.
   

3. Idle Fees

To ensure chargers are available for everyone, an Idle Fee applies if your car remains connected after it has finished charging. See app for details. 

• When does it start? The fee begins accruing 10 mins after your charging session ends (e.g. your battery reaches 100% or the session is stopped). 

• How to avoid it: Please enable Push Notifications in the JOLT app. We will send you an alert when your charge is complete so you can move your vehicle immediately.
   

4. Minimum Price

A minimum fee of $0.50 applies to any paid session.

5. Parking Limits and Fees

Please obey all local parking signs. Parking fees, time limits, and fines are controlled by the local council/site host, not JOLT. Any parking fees or fines are the responsibility of the driver.
