Why is my payment failing?

Just like when you tap your card at a shop, occasionally a payment might fail at the end of a charging session. This could be an error with the payment processor, your payment method or an internet/network error.

Step 1

  • Check you have adequate internet connection before attempting to process the failed payment

Step 2

  • Check that you have funds available in your payment method and/or that the payment method is valid and not expired. You can update your payment method directly in the app if necessary.

Step 3

  • Follow the prompts in the app to process the failed payment/owing amount
