There are two main ways to start your charge:
From the JOLT app:
- Plug the correct plug into your car
- Scan the QR code on the station or select your charging station on the map
- Select your plug type (CCS 2 or CHAdeMO)
Contactless payment:
- Plug the correct plug into your car
- Tap on the contactless payment terminal to authorize payment
- There is a here is a £30 pre-authorization fee and you do not receive 7kWh free.
- This £30 will be reverted from your account within a few days. Depending on your bank, most will revert the charge within 24 hours
Issues?
Try following these steps:
- Disconnect the connector from the vehicle wait 20 seconds
- Ensure your vehicle is in parking
- Force close your app and reopen
- Start the charge
- Plug the connector into your vehicle
