If you are having trouble starting a charge, or if the session stops immediately after starting, don't worry— it's often simple to solve.
1. Session Failed
If the app says "Something went wrong" or "Session Failed":
Unplug the connector and put it back in the holster
Force quit app and re-open
Wait 15 seconds for the charger to reset
Plug the connector in firmly. You'll often hear a click when charging starts successfully.
Tap map pin app > select plug > tap Start
2. Session stopped with little/no energy
If the charge started but stopped after a few seconds:
Check if your car has a "Charge Limit" set (e.g., 80%) that you have already reached.
Unlock your car and check the dashboard for any specific error messages.
If the issue persists, please let the JOLT team know. We will investigate further.
3. Still Not Working? Request a Remote Reboot
If you have tried the steps above and the station is still unresponsive, contact our support team and ask for a Remote Station Reboot. This resolves 90% of errors. It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
