Try these steps to get things going:

  1. Disconnect the connector from your vehicle and wait for 20 seconds.
  2. Make sure your vehicle is in "Park."
  3. Force close the app, then reopen it.
  4. Start the charge in the app.
  5. Plug the connector back into your vehicle.
