High level:
No matter how you start your charge, make sure to:
Turn off your car
Start a session via your JOLT app
Then plug the connector to your vehicle
There are 2 ways to start your charge:
- Scan the QR code on the station or select your charging station on the map
- Select your plug type (CCS 2 or CHAdeMO)
Issues?
Try following these steps:
- Disconnect the connector from the vehicle wait 20 seconds
- Ensure your vehicle is in parking
- Force close your app and reopen
- Start the charge
- Plug the connector into your vehicle
