  4. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try using both mobile data and Wi-Fi to see which works better.
  5. Disable enlarged text settings on your device, as this might affect the app's functionality.

  • A short video showing the issue you're experiencing
  • Your device make and model
  • The current OS version on your device
  • The app version you’re using
