Why did I get charged when I stopped the charge at 7kWh?

After you press STOP CHARGING in the app, sometimes there can be a few seconds delay while the charger processes the request to stop the charge.

Every 5 seconds, your vehicle sends the JOLT app the total energy consumed.

We’re working to improve both the efficiency of stopping a charge and tracking real time energy consumption.

In the meantime, we recommend stopping the charge before you see 7 kWh total energy in the app.
